特異性：The solid phase is coated with recombinant double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). Due to a newly developed coating process the antigenic structure is conserved and during coating no sequences of single-stranded DNA occur. Therefore the Anti-dsDNA IgG test kit recognizes only autoantibodies specific for double-stranded DNA.
