特異性：In all n = 320 stool samples from routine microbiology laboratory were investigated by the Giardia ELISA: Negative: n = 317, Positive: n = 3, Specificity: 99.1%. The 3 ELISA positive samples were reinvestigated by direct immunofluorescence and confirmed as true positive. Specificity amended: 100%.
