特異性：Troponin I-Cardiac (83-93 Region) Reacts equally with free cardiac troponin I (cTnl) and cTnl forming complexes with other troponin components. Not effected by heparin, phosphorylation and oxidation. Recognizes an epitope located between amino acid residues 83 and 93 of cTnI. No cross-reactivity with skeletal muscle troponin I.
