This assay kit contains 2 highly specific and selective antibody pairs, one that recognizesphosphorylated 4EBP1 on Thr37/Thr46 and another that recognizes total 4EBP1.These antibody pairs recognize 4EBP1of human, mouse, rat and monkey origin. Other species should be tested on a case-by-case basis.
