This assay kit contains 2 highly specific and selective antibodies that recognize the phospho-Thr37/Thr46 epitope and a distinct epitope on 4EBP1. These antibodies recognize 4EBP1 (T37/T46) of human, mouse, rat and monkey origin. Other species should be tested on a case-by-case basis.
