特異性：Sheep anti Human aldosterone antibody recognizes human aldosterone. Aldosterone is a steroid hormone produced by the adrenal gland. It has a number of functions relating to the kidney nephron including the balance of sodium and potassium, and increasing blood pressure. Aldosterone is involved in two disorders: Addison’s disease, where it is reduced, and Conn Syndrome, were it is it found in increased amounts.
