特異性：Sheep anti human C1q antibody may crossreact with C1q in other species. Sheep anti Human C1q antibody recognizes human C1q, a sub-component of complement C1. C1q associates with complemtn components C1r adn C1s, which are required for the progression of the proteolytic complement cascade. Deficiency of C1q has been associated with lupus erthematosus and glomerulonephritis (Troedson et al. 2013)
