特異性：Mouse anti V5-Tag, clone SV5-Pk1 recognizes the sequence, IPNPLLGLD, present on the P/V proteins of the paramyxovirus, SV5 (Dunn et al.1999). Clone SV5-Pk1 is used to detect recombinant proteins, some of which include transmembrane and secreted proteins, that have labeled with tags containing this sequence (Randall et al.1993 and Zhao et al. 2005).
