特異性：Anti-ADAM 10 (CT) [Rabbit antibody to peptide corresponding to aa 732-748 of human ADAM10.] This antibody recognizes human, mouse, and rat ADAM10. A band of 85 kD is detected in immunoblots and may represent precursor. A 60 kD band is detected in some cell lines, including Jurkat and appears to be the processed mature protein.
