特異性：This assay recognizes natural and recombinant active mouse PAI-1. Pooled normal plasma from human, rat, pig, sheep, canine, and guinea pig were assayed and no significant cross-reactivity was observed. Pooled normal plasma from rabbit resulted in significant color development. The following factors were prepared in blocking buffer and assayed for cross-reactivity.
