特異性：Recognizes Penicillins G, V, N, ampicillin, amoxicillin, hetacillin, cloxacillin and other antibiotics with penicillanic acid core. Much higher affinity for hydrolyzed (open) beta-lactam ring than closed ring. Does not react with beta- lactams with cephalosporanic acid core, other classes of antibiotics or milk or serum proteins.
