• Specificity：Recognizes the ~185kD c-ErbB2/c-Neu in overexpressing B104-1-1 cells. It is validated for WB, ICC, IP, and IHC with frozen sections. Stains frozen tissue sections of rat cells overexpressing the c-neu protein. Does not inhibit in vitro protein-tyrosine kinase activity, but it will inhibit in vivo growth of tumors overexpressing the neu oncogene. Does not cross-react with the EGF receptor.
