Purity：Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
Form：Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS, pH 7.4. No preservative added. Reconstitute with 100ul sterile ddH2O.
Specificity：Recognizes rat Dopamine beta hydroxylase. Specifically recognizes two bands at 70 and 75kD, corresponding to the soluble and membrane bound forms of the enzyme, respectively. Due to the high sensitivity of the DBH antibody, the presence of the enzyme can be immunologically detected even in areas where only scattered DBH-containing fibers are present. Does not recognize mouse, human, rabbit, guinea pig, canine or bovine DBH.
