Specificity：Recognizes human mitochondria. Gives mitochondrial staining on all human cell types. This pattern is best described as a spaghetti- like staining pattern in fibroblasts and a perinuclear large speckled pattern in lymphonoid cells. Recognizes a 65kD protein by immunoprecipitation. Does not cross-react with rat and mouse. Epitope: surface of intact mitochondria.
