Specificity：Cdw78 (also called Ba antigen, Leu21 or LO‑panB‑a) is present on some immature and some mature B cells. Its expression is greatly increased after B‑cell activation in vitro (Kikutani et al. 1986). It is also found on tissue macrophages and on epithelial cells, but not on T cells, NK cells, monocytes, granulocytes and myeloid tissues (Dorken et al., 1989). One MoAb was shown to inhibit B cell proliferation.
