Specificity：Recognizes human FceRI, alpha. Specifically recognizes the extracellular D1 domain of FceRI, alpha. Primarily expressed on mast cells and basophils but expression has also been reported on monocytes, Langerhans cells and dendritic cells from patients with atopic diseases.
