Specificity：Recognizes LPS of virulent and vaccine strains of Francisella tularensis. The binding site is located on the O-antigen polysaccharide chain which consists of tetrasaccharide fragments. Does not crossreact with Fr. novicida, Br. abortus, Br. suis, Br. melitensis, Br. ovis, Y. pestis, Y. entercolitica, Y. pseudotuberculosis, E. coli or V. cholerae.
