Form：Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, 5% sucrose, 1% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with R-Phycoerythrin (PE). Reconstitute in 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Specificity：Recognizes bovine CD4. Precipitates a molecule of ~50kD and is considered to be the bovine homologue of Human CD4. The phenotype, tissue distribution and function of T-cells expressing the bovine CD4 antigen are similar to those in other species. Expression on macrophages has not yet been detected.
