Specificity：Recognizes Leptin (Human) and Leptin (92-145) cyclized. Does not react to Epidermal Growth Factor (Human), Insulin (Human), Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (Human), Insulin-like Growth Factor 2 (Rat), Parathyroid hormone (Human) and Transforming Growth Factor-alpha (Human). Has been shown to bind to the carboxyl terminal region of the protein and has been found to bind to intact leptin specifically in ELISAs and by immunocytochemistry.
