Purity:Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography from culture supernatant.
Form:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, 15mM sodium azide.
Specificity:Recognizes native human PAPP-A. The epitope is different from that of P6000-80D and is located on the PAPP-A subunit of the heterotetramer. Detects only unreduced PAPP-A in Western Blotting. In sandwich ELISA with a polyclonal antibody in coat reacts poorly with PAPP-A in third trimester serum.
