Strong reaction is seen in ELISA with OA directly coated onto the microtiter well. In Dot Blot reacts with native OA adsorbed onto nitrocellulose. In Western Blot (overnight) after SDS-PAGE, reacts with OA in both reduced and non-reduced forms. Epitope differs from O8075-34 and O8075-35 due to lack of mutual inhibition of antigen binding.
