Form：Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, and15mM sodium azide, before the addition of glycerol to 40%.
Specificity：Has specificity for native and denatured human serum albumin (HSA). Reacts strongly with native and denatured HSA. Strong reaction is seen in ELISA with native or denatured HSA directly coated onto the microtiterwell. In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE, this antibody reacts with native and denatured HSA in non-reduced form only. Epitope specificity differs from those of clones 6F11 and 6F12 but overlaps as determined by inhibition ELISA.
