Purity：Purified by Ion Exchange chromatography from tissue culture supernatant.
Form：Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 125mM trehalose. Reconstitute with 500ul sterile ddH2O. Dilute further with PBS, 1% BSA.
Specificity：Recognizes Rhesus monkey RhT3 antigen (homologue of the human CD3 antigen) with a molecular mass of 20-25kD. Reacts with CD3 from Macaca mulatta (Rhesus monkey), Macaca arctoides (Stumptail monkey), Macaca fascicularis (Cynomolgus monkey), Cercocebus atys (Sooty mangabey), Cercopithecus aethiops (African green monkey), and Papio anubis (baboon). Does not react with Callithrix jacobus (marmoset) or with any of the Hominoidea tested (human, chimpanzee, gorilla, and orangutan).
