Form:Supplied as a liquid, 0.01% sodium azide before the addition of glycerol to 40%. No buffer or stabilizers added. No stabilizing proteins added.
Specificity:Reacts specifically with phosphothreonine. Shows minimal reactivity by ELISA and competitive ELISA with phosphoserine or phosphotyrosine. Reacts with free phospho-amino acid, phosphothreonine conjugated to carriers such as thyroglobulin or BSA, and detects the presence of phosphothreonine in proteins of both unstimulated and stimulated cell Reactivity is specific for phosphothreonine and minimal crossreactivity is observed against phosphoserine or phosphotyrosine lysates.
