When applied at high concentration to human cells the antibody reacts with a nucleolar component which, however, does not correspond to xNopp180. Species Crossreactivity: Xenopus laevis, Xenopus borealis, XLKE-A6 cells; negative with Pleurodelis, Triturus, Rana, chicken, rat, mouse.
