Form：Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, pH 7.4, 0.5% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile ddH2O.
Specificity：Recognizes human lysozyme. Does not react with rabbit. Blocks the catalytic activity of human lysozyme. For immunohistochemical detection of histiocytic neoplasia and myeloid leukemias. Monocytic leukemia cells show strong positive immune reaction. Weak reaction is also found with granulocytes.
