Specificity：Recognizes a 105-120kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein expressed selectively on immature hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells, endothelial cells and some tissue fibroblasts. Reacts with the class III CD34 epitope which is resistant to neuraminidase, chymopapain and glycoprotease.
