Specificity：Recognizes bovine Tau (binding-competent and binding-incompetent Tau) cytoskeletal protein and with A68 (an abnormal phosphorylated derivative of Tau). Recognizes aa141-178 of human Tau. Reactivity is not dependent on the phosphorylation state of Tau. Species Crossreactivity: Human. Does not crossreact with rat or mouse.
