Its binding is enhanced by EDTA i.e. at low conc. of Ca2+. It shows no crossreactivity with fibronectin, fibrinogen and von Willebrand factor. Shows a mild crossreaction with TSP 2. Species Crossreactivity: Bovine, porcine, equine, canine, sheep, mouse, and rat.
