Specificity：Recognizes H antigen of red blood cells and body fluids. Antibody gives strong agglutination with O red blood cells and weak reaction with erythrocytes of the phenotypes A2B, B, A1 and A1B. The antibody is not adsorbed by H substance from saliva.
