- Glycogen Phosphorylase isoenzyme BB (GPBB) is a sensitive marker for the research of AMI.
- Can be also a marker for peri-operative myocardial ischemia and infraction in coronary artery bypass grafting.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunoaffinity purification, Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Hybridoma:SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
- For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
- Do not freeze.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
