CD45 (LCA) common leukocyte antigens are members of the T200 glycoprotein complex.
CD45 antigen is a protein tyrosine phosphatase.
CD45 antigen is present on all human leukocytes and progenitors in bone marrow.
Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Leukocyte Enumeration.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1ug to stain 1x10e6 cells
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
