特徴
- D28 is important for transmitting co-stimulatory signals for optimal T-cell activation.
- The CD28 is present on most thymocytes, CD4+, CD8+ T-cells.
- The 37.58 antibody augments proliferation and IL-2 production by activated T-cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Flow Cytometric analysis of T cells.
- May be used to stimulatye T cells in vitro.
- Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1ug to stain 1x10e6 cells.
- Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.

- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C or colder.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
