特徴
- Murine CD18 antigen is present on mouse T-cells, B-cells, NK cells, moncytes, macrophages and granulocytes.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry (acetone fized frozen tissue sections).
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Flow Cytometry: 1ug stains 1x10e6 cells.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Source:Tissue culture
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
