特徴
- The antigen L3T4 is expressed by the helper/inducer subset of murine T-cells.
- The antigen is present on approximately 80% of thymocytes, 20% of spleen cells and 60% of lymph node cells.
- The expression of L3T4 correlates with class II MHC antigen reactivity on cloned T-cell lines.
- Applications:Suitabe for use in FACS, Immunofluorescence, Depletion, Flow Cytometry and Immunoprecipitation.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Flow Cyotmetry: 1ug to stain 1x10e6 cells
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Hybridoma:SP2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from rat.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- For long-term storage, store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
