特徴
- Erythromycin is produced by a strain of Streptomyces erythraeus and belongs to the macrolide group of antibiotics.
- It is basic and readily forms salts with acids but it is the base which is microbiologically active.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1500.
- Unpurified ascites may occasionally have fibrin present.
- In order to remove the fibrin, the ascites can be spun down.
- This will not affect its performance in ELISA.
- There is a sensitivity of approximately 200pg/ml when used with the recommended conjugate E3454-01.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Control Peptide Included:E3454-01:Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.05% sodium azide.
- ELISA Blocking: 1:1500
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
