特徴

• The first aminoglycoside was streptomycin.
• Streptomycin was created from the fungus like bacterium Streptomyces griseus.
• Streptomycin's ototoxic potential was recognized quite early.
• In response, researchers modified the drug's molecule and created dihydrostreptomycin.
• Unlike its predecessor, dihydrostreptomycin is much more cochleotoxic than it is vestibulotoxic.
• It is almost exactly as cochleotoxic as streptomycin is vestibulotoxic.
• Dihydrostreptomycin is an antibiotic consisting of a hydrogenated form of streptomycin.
• It is used against tuberculosis, tularemia and Gram-negative organisms.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:1500; Sensivity is ~100pg/ml when used with included conjugate.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
