特徴
- According to the ISOBM-TD-1 workshop, CA125 contains three antigenic domains: A-domain (Oc125), B-domain (M11), C-Domain (Ov197).
- The CA-125 antigen is present on a mucin-like glycoprotein of >200kD and is detectable on the apical surface of normal endometrium and endocervix.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- HRP conjugation is not recommended.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Recommended Pair:Capture: C0050-13
- Detection: C0050-16
- Hydridoma:Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
