特徴
- Fibrinogen is an abundant plasma protein (5-10uM) produced in the liver.
- The intact protein has a molecular weight of 340kD and is composed of 3 pairs of disulfide-bound polypeptide chains named Aalpha, Bbeta and gamma.
- Fibrinogen is a triglobular protein consisting of a central E domain and terminal D domains.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and RIA.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: Binds human fibrinogen in solid-phase format.
- Western Blot (Non-reduced): Binds A-alpha chain of fibrinogen.
- RIA: Binds 125I-labeled fibrinogen.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Hybridoma:NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C.
- Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
