特徴

• Human D-Dimer (DD), a specific degradation product of cross-linked fibrin, is released into the bloodstream during clot breakdown.
• It is used as an indicator of a blood clots, venous thromboses or pulmonary embolisms.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:ELISA: Plasma samples should be diluted with 10mM Tris-HCl buffer, pH 7.5, 1M sodium chloride, 0.1% Tween 20.
• To avoid non-specific binding, the final sodium chloride concentration in plasma samples should be ≥ 0.5M.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Matched Pairs:F4197-15 (Capture): F4197-20 (Detection)
• F4197-19 (Capture): F4197-20 (Detection)
• Hydridoma:Hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
