特徴
- The Hepatitis B virus is one of the most important causative agents of acute and chronic liver disease in humans.
- HBcAg is a particulate antigen composed of a single polypeptide (p21).
- It is the replicative form of the virus, and is expressed in the infected cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoelectron microscopy, Western Blot and ELISA.
- Other applications have not been tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry: Staining of infected liver tissues and HBV-transfected heptoma cells
- Elisa: 1:10.000
- Western Blot: 1:1000
- Immunohistochemistry: 1:500
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
