- It induces ovulation and regulates progesterone and estrogen production by the ovaries and testes.
- LH levels are measured to aid diagnosing the source of certain infertility problems and to ascertain the existence of a pituitary tumor.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and enzyme conjugation.
