特徴
Insulin is produced by the B-cells of the pancreatic islets and by insulin-producing islet cell tumors.
Applications:Suitable for use in detection of rat/mouse insulin/proinsulin in two site enzyme immunoassays, Immunohistochemistry and sandwich immunoassay.
Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.

Note: We do not recommended adding glycerol as a cryopreservative.
