特徴
- Herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV1) is usually associated with infections of the lips, mouth, and face.
- It is the most common herpes simplex virus and is usually acquired in childhood.
- HSV-1 often causes lesions inside the mouth such as cold sores (fever blisters) and is transmitted by contact with infected saliva.
- Glycoprotein G is suggested to contribute to viral entry through apical surfaces of polarized cells.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
