特徴

• Secretory Component is an epithelial transport receptor for polymeric IgA and IgM.
• Antibody to secretory component has been shown to be useful for identifying glandular carcinomas.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:100-1:200 for 20 minutes at RT.
• To stain formalin-fixed tissues, boil tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes, then cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
• Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:Small intestine, stomach, colon carcinoma
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
