Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Frozen & formalin/paraffin): 1:40 for 30 min at RT.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues REQUIRES boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
(Note that EDTA is better than citrate for epitope unmasking).
Optimal dilution determined by the researcher.
Positive Control:Placenta or seminoma.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
