特徴
- Keratin belongs to the type B (basic) subfamily of high molecular weight keratins and exists in combination with cytokeratin 18 (type A; acidic subfamily of low molecular weight keratins).
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (FFPE): 1:50-1:100 for 30 min.
- at RT.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires digestion of tissue sections with trypsin (1mg/ml PBS, pH 7.4) or pepsin (1mg/ml Tris-HCl, pH 2.0) for 10-15 min at RT.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
- Positive Control:Skin
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
