特徴
- Keratin 14 belongs to the type A (acidic) subfamily of low molecular weight keratins and exists in combination with keratin 5.
- Keratin 14 has been studied as a prognostic marker in breast cancer.
- Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml for 2 hours at RT.
- Detects a band at ~50kD.
- Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:800-1:1600 for 20 minutes at RT.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
- Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Positive Control:A431 cells; Skin or Squamous cell carcinoma
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C.
- For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C.
- Do not freeze.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
