特徴

• Granzymes are neutral serine proteases, which are stored in specialized lytic granules of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) and in natural killer (NK) cells.
• A number of granzymes A to G, have been isolated and cloned from mouse CTLs and NK cells, however in man, fewer have been cloned and identified.
• One of these, human granzyme B, is involved in target cell apoptosis during lymphocyte mediated cytotoxicity.
• Exocytosis of granzyme containing granules in the cytoplasm of the target cell leads to the induction of DNA fragmentation and apoptosis.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry.
• Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:25-1:50
• Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes, followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes.
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Positive Control:Hodgekin’s lymphoma
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
