Applications:Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation (will not IP denatured antigen), Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and methanol/Carnoy’s or formalin/paraffin).
Not recommended for Kinase Assay or Neutralization.
Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.
Recommended Dilution:Immunoprecipitation: Use Protein G; 2ug antibody/mg protein lysate
Western Blotting: 1ug/ml
Immunohistochemistry: 2-4ug/ml

Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
